FAQS

Each ELOS heat pack delivers around 8+ hours of steady warmth inside an enclosed shoe or boot. Actual duration can vary based on airflow, temperature, and how tight the footwear is.

  1. Remove your current insole or liner.
  2. Trim your ELOS insoles to match your footwear if needed.
  3. Open the heat packs and let them activate for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Slide the warmers into the built-in pouch on the underside of the insole.
  5. Place the insole back into your footwear and you’re ready to go.

Yes. The trim-to-fit design works in running shoes, hiking boots, ski boots, work boots, and most everyday footwear. For best performance, use them in enclosed footwear to keep heat contained.

Yes. The insole shell is fully reusable. Only the heat packs are single-use. Swap in a fresh pack whenever you need heat again.
Storing of the insoles should be done in a cool, dry location preferably out of reach of direct sunlight to prevent any ill-effects to the reaction mixture or sealing solutions present.

Yes. The warming packs use natural, non-toxic ingredients and are safe for daily use. Always keep a layer between the heat pack and your skin.

Keep unused heat packs sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. Store the insoles the same way, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Used warmers can go into normal household waste. They’re made from natural materials and have passed all testing standards. Packaging also includes disposal instructions.

The insoles themselves are fine with moisture, but water exposure reduces heat output from the packs. For best results, keep the system dry inside the shoe.

Yes. Version 2 of the insole uses the same performance-driven structure and comfort standards as a true orthotic: heel cup, supportive features, and impact-absorbing foam. The heat system layers on top of that foundation.
